The foods to eat

when achieving to lose weight in the face it is very easy to accomplish in a short period of time.

The reason there are certain foods to eat is that they help, either remove the toxins to reduce the fat or burn the fat all together, an old home remedy you could try would be to drink a shot of lemon with a tea spoon of cinnamon and a tea spoon of cayenne pepper.

a very good detox to slim your neck and face down in by remove those toxins and it will make you look healthier too. Be sure to Drink plenty of water at leas 3 to 4 litters a day will drop plenty of water that your neck and face will be holding, drinking this much water take at least 2 weeks to start showing resluts and will slim your face down a great amount.

eat more fats and fewer carbs will greatly increase your fat lose in face and neck. Foods like avocados and cottage cheese or just cheese. remove foods like bread and candy and chips or potatoes or pop.The reason to stop eating carbs and and sugars is beucase they keep you gaining weight, and not losing, it is ok to have a small amount of carbs but healthy ones like peas and carrots. These foods detox will greatly remove and help you to have that slimmer face.

The training required

there are different ways to do exercise for face training and neck. One of the ways is called face massaging, rub the parts of your face in circular motions for at least 5 minutes a night and use coconut oil while doing so.

The massing will break up the fat tissues in your face while the coconut oil shrinks and helps remove the toxins in the face, there are neck exercises. Tuck your neck as tight as you can when looking down then after stick your chin to the sky and stretch out your chin forward and repeat.

doing this for 12 to 15 reps at 2 times a night quickly removes neck fat and tights the skin as will. The neck method will help with losing weight in the face as well and give you that slim image. I have done both methods and both worked for myself.

The mind set

losing weight is a mindset. You have to know it’s going to work and succeed.

when you start questioning something over and over again, it won’t work. That goes with everything we do. when we try something out and it works is becuase we are motivated and want it to work and it does.

These foods and techniques work, as I have used them and so have people in my family. don’t be discouraged every body works differently and it may take more time or it may be even quicker for you than it was for me.

I worked extremely hard to achieve a great mind set, it takes a lot of effort and discipline, but it got easier. The more I worked at it and did it the better I felt. I took progress pics once a week and watched motivation videos on YouTube and studied everything about what works and what doesnt. 

I tried all the diets and spent too much money on things that you can do by your self for free. Putting your self in a mindset is hard I understand that. But the way I always pushed my self was, thinking I know I can do better and I know I want this and I can get it.

consistency

Ensure you do it every day and work at it as hard as you possible can. Great effort and work makes anything achievable.

I always did it once in the morning and once at the end of the night and tried the detoxes all day for several days and stayed on the food until I needed a cheat day.

The longer you keep with it the better it works. and remember the apple cider vinegar pills is a great way to helps lose weight and is healthy for you as well.
